Vineyard: A young Nero d’Avola vineyard selected within the estate, located at 500 meters above sea level.

Soil: Medium-textured clay.

Farming System: Guyot.

Grapes: 100% Nero d’Avola, hand-harvested.

Yield: Approximately 2 kg per plant.

Harvest Period: First ten days of September.

Vinification: Light cryo-maceration with gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by cold static decantation and fermentation in stainless steel with natural yeasts.

Delicate blush pink.

Typical notes of cherry, strawberry, and raspberry.
