Vineyard: Vigna delle Rose, located at 480 meters above sea level.
Soil: Medium-textured clay.
Farming System: Spurred cordon.
Grapes: 100% Syrah, hand-harvested.
Yield: 2.5 kg per plant.
Harvest Period: First ten days of September.
Vinification: Destemming and crushing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 14 days at a controlled temperature. After racking, the wine undergoes a short aging period in cement tanks and in the bottle.

Appearance:
Intense ruby red with violet reflections.
Aroma:
Characterized by intense notes of ripe red fruit, menthol hints, and sweet spices, giving it great complexity.
Taste:
Soft, broad, and enveloping on the palate, rich and well-balanced. A savory wine with personality and enjoyable drinkability.
