Sely

Vineyard: A young Nero d’Avola vineyard selected within the estate, located at 500 meters above sea level.
Soil: Medium-textured clay.
Farming System: Guyot.
Grapes: 100% Nero d’Avola, hand-harvested.
Yield: Approximately 2 kg per plant.
Harvest Period: First half of August.
Vinification: The hand-harvested grapes are pressed as whole clusters, followed by static decantation of the must and subsequent partial fermentation. The partially fermented wine is then bottled to complete its natural fermentation in the bottle.

Appearance:
Pale rosé.
Aroma:
A very fresh and fruity bouquet with citrus and pomegranate notes.
Taste:
A wine of great freshness, lively and pleasantly dynamic. Its bright acidity and salinity enhance its drinkability and versatility in food pairings.
